Trigger Links
In the Marketing tab of your CRM, you will see a Trigger Links tab at the top of the page. Here you will be able to create new trigger links as well as edit existing ones. Trigger links can be integrated into the system, enabling a predetermined action to occur when a lead or customer clicks on a specific link. There are a variety of ways to utilize trigger links, including in campaigns, emails, funnels, and websites.
NOTE: Trigger links are the same across the entire CRM. You are able to edit trigger links in both "Email Marketing" and "Conversations".
